Seeking Help on Your Spiritual Quest
While you ask the universe for assistance to further your spiritual journey, try asking others around you for insight as well. We're all moving along our own personal paths to spirituality at different rates, different times, and in different ways. No two people will have the same experiences, and no two people will require the same type of help along the way. However, you never know where inspiration will strike. Talk to the people around you; ask about their own spiritualities. Get insight and information on what the cornerstones of others' faith may be. If you find something interesting in your research, take what you learn and try to find ways to apply those pearls of wisdom to your own life. Remember to do your research, as well. Don't be afraid to read books and do some research on the internet as well. Without expanding your world and learning new things, you can grow spiritually stagnant. You'll never get anywhere if you stay still! You must open your heart and mind in order to receive what the universe and those around you are willing to give to you. Your higher power may be reaching out to you through other sources, such as people and books that you encounter. Receive these gifts, as they are given with love, and use them to empower yourself as you progress in your journey.

The Futility of Blaming Yourself and Others
The common saying goes, "When you point a finger at someone else, you have three more pointing back at you." It's true that many folks tend to use the power of blame as a weapon against being wrong, taking responsibility, and losing the current argument! And many times, the person who's doing the blaming tends to be at least as responsible for the problem on the table.
Naturally, there is a difference between misplacing blame on others, and legitimate blame which falls squarely in the court of a transgressor who has made mistakes (or consciously detrimental choices). However, in the moment of crisis, blaming others is not really a very productive way to handle things. If you are being blamed, you must clean up your own mess. If the mess is the fault of another, you need to decide: is this action going to help the situation? Or will it make things worse? Most of the time, a bad situation really needs to be handled before adding another layer of problems on top of what already exists.
Once your mess has been cleaned up, it is then time for the offending parties to take responsibility for his or her actions. If that's you, take your medicine. Learn. Make amends in whatever reasonable ways are required by the people and situations at hand. If it's someone else, give that person the chance to make things right. Forgive, forget, and move on with your life.
If the person to blame has no remorse for his or her transgressions, you may need to re-evaluate the realities of this relationship.

How to Be Sexier for Your Man: Lesson #5, Connecting With Him
Another great way to be sexier for your man is to flat-out tell him that you are trying to be sexy for him. He'll get quite a boost realizing that you're trying to please him. You could also talk about fantasies or things that you might want to try in bed. Who knows… you may just learn something that you didn't know before.
Physical contact is also important. You don't need to jump on him right that very second -- though I bet he wouldn't mind that, either! -- Be a bit of a seductress. Use your hands to caress him, massage him, and just enjoy being close. Kissing works too, especially if it's been awhile since the two of you really kissed. If you're unsure how to begin, try remembering -- and talking about -- sweet or loving or romantic memories that the two of you share, such as when you first met or when you just began dating.
Remember that every relationship, no matter how successful, can always use a little something extra now and then. Keeping the spark with someone you love can sometimes take a bit of effort at times. The good news is that when you make the effort, you will find that it's well worth it. And that old gentle flame that you've enjoyed for years can turn into a roaring blaze before you know what's happening!

How to Unleash the Power of Your Subconscious Mind
Our brains are amazing machines! The human brain is so powerful, that it can help us discern even the smallest differences in sound, sight, smell, taste, and touch.
The conscious mind is what controls our sensory awareness, but it can also guide our subconscious mind to comprehend and react to our environment.
Although the conscious and subconscious are always communicating with one another, they play different roles in the way we are. When we realize what the differences are between these two parts of our mind, we can then harness the power of our subconscious. We can better control our emotions. We can better relate to the world around us. We are also, then, empowered to improve our lives and to tap into all the possibilities around us each and every day.
Our conscious mind is our logical half. We use it to do pretty much everything -- make decisions, keep track of things, even to speak, and to come to conclusions which are based on reason. While it is a very powerful part of our mind, it also relies heavily on our subconscious.
It is estimated that well over 90 percent of what we do is dictated by our subconscious mind. The subconscious is responsible for our memories, our emotions, our beliefs, and our instincts.
By developing within ourselves, the ability to communicate directly with our subconscious mind, we can accomplish incredible possibilities that can change EVERYTHING.
By simply learning the proper techniques, you can develop amazing subconscious skills that can bring about real and positive changes in your life.

Asking the Universe for a Spiritual Awakening
If you want a spiritual awakening, try asking for one. Many people live by the old adage, "God works His wonders in mysterious ways." Whether or not you believe in God, this is a fabulous saying. Do the other steps that can help you go in the right direction; have faith in the spirit of the universe, have the desire to change, and empower yourself to make those changes in your life. Be bold! Be brave! And don't be afraid to ask the universe for signs and signals of how you can be doing a better job. If you're allowing yourself to be guided by what begins to pop up into your heart, you're beginning to move along the right path. However, you also must be hungry for it. You need to ask the universe for help. It sounds a little strange, I know, but vocalizing your wishes and aspirations out loud can go a long way toward the universe hearing your call. Thoughts are things. Words are stronger things, and actions are stronger still. Use all of your abilities to communicate in order to ask the cosmic forces around you for the power for this transformation that you desire. Show your need in words, deeds, and thoughts. Mean it.
